Summer Grilling Tips 101
There are few items as healthy or as delicious to grill than fish. We are fortunate enough to live in Florida where we have access to some of the freshest seafood in the country, so fish is one of our favorite meats to grill. These days you can get fresh seafood just about anywhere in Florida, so we encourage you to seek out seafood and explore its grilling potential! Fish also just happens to be one of the easiest and quickest meats to cook on the grill.
Make sure your grill is clean and hot."It should be well oiled," Chef Fennell notes, "and really very clean."
Dry your fish before you grill. Pat the fish down with a paper towel to remove excess water, which will prevent the fish from sticking to the grill. Then, prepare it for the grill by brushing it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (E.V.O.O.) and seasoning it with some salt.
Grill for five minutes. Just flip it once during the cooking process and you're all set!
