Northwest Grille was originally opened by Don Regan and family in 1996. Immediately, head Chef Chris Fennell and team started transforming the tastebuds and seafood cravings of the Gainesville community. Almost 15 years later, Northwest Grille remains committed to its purpose of freshness and quality by hand-cutting fish daily. The difference can be experienced in every dish, including the made=to-order, hand-battered, fried seafood platters on the menu.

We continue to be inspired by our local Gainesville community, from seasonal, organic foods and sustainable Florida seafood to our local artists.
